Pan & Tilt

Back before most people did any kind of video or webcam stuff on their computers, I was really into it. I wrote some software to stream video across the internet to a web browser using an activeX control. I got the idea one day to use a couple hobby servos and a Ferrettronics FT639 chip to build a small PC controlled Pan & Tilt device so I could move the camera around while watching it from anywhere in the world. So I did. I don't have the code for it anymore. Heck, I don't even have the device anymore as I took it apart for other projects.
